These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Thomas Mol Software Developments's SvelteKit SaaS boilerplate ("Launch Leopard"). By accessing or using Launch Leopard, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Upon successful payment, you will gain access to a private GitHub repository where Launch Leopard is hosted. Your payment is a one-time fee for perpetual access to Launch Leopard, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
After purchase, the boilerplate is yours to keep. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at [email protected]
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Launch Leopard for your personal or business use. You may not sell, redistribute, or sublicense Launch Leopard. However, you are allowed to open-source any applications you build using Launch Leopard.
Your use of Launch Leopard is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union.
